This wiki page has a section about zero dose extrapolation, then a comment that interpolating to 0.25 dose or 0.75 is more accurate - it would be good to have an example of how to do this - for example, is it simply a matter of setting the starting dose to a negative value? | This wiki page has a section about zero dose extrapolation, then a comment that interpolating to 0.25 dose or 0.75 is more accurate - it would be good to have an example of how to do this - for example, is it simply a matter of setting the starting dose to a negative value? | ||
