(XSCALE 0-dose interpolation question)

Line 2: Line 2:

This wiki page has a section about zero dose extrapolation, then a comment that interpolating to 0.25 dose or 0.75 is more accurate - it would be good to have an example of how to do this - for example, is it simply a matter of setting the starting dose to a negative value?

--[[User:Kay|Kay]] 19:09, 7 November 2008 (CET) yes, just set STARTING_DOSE= to a negative value, namely about 1/4 (22%) of the number of frames. Funny that I read your question today - my paper in J. Appl. Cryst. about this was accepted a few hours ago.
