This protocol is an NKI local adaptation based on the article by Grimes and co-workers[http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17098187?ordinalpos=1&itool=EntrezSystem2.PEntrez.Pubmed.Pubmed_ResultsPanel.Pubmed_RVDocSum]. The idea is to change the charge properties post-purification, modify the solubility of the protein (hence the phase diagram) and get crystals! Its a quick and easy thing to try especially for proteins that appear to be too soluble!

Lysine Methylation

This protocol is an NKI local adaptation based on the article by Grimes and co-workers[1]. The idea is to change the charge properties post-purification, modify the solubility of the protein (hence the phase diagram) and get crystals! Its a quick and easy thing to try especially for proteins that appear to be too soluble!
